GEOINT 2011
We always try to create something bigger, better and cooler, but this time we just may have topped ourselves. For the GEOINT 2011 Symposium, we wrapped the room in video. Itβs been said that everything is better in HD. Well, this year our pixel resolution was 9000×1080. With sync rolled digital playback, we created animated video across the entire set as if it was a seamless screen. The graphics for the show were run off multi-head PCs in order to give us the 9000 pixels of horizontal resolution. The result was a mind-blowing design that engulfed the entire audience in imagery β a true digital set that allowed us to change the look and feel of the room with the push of a button. The final event was a 70s night with full screen video eye candy over the backgrounds, all custom made in After Effects.
