Having a great design team is one thing but having a great road team is invaluable. INTER-TAIN’s onsite team has been designing, traveling and staging shows for over 15 years for audiences as small as one to packed audiences of thousands. Running a live show is not easy and a good operator must have years of experience. Headset communications and making the right decisions during a live show can make or break an event.
At INTER-TAIN, we have a saying, “it’s not done till it runs.” With today’s digital age things can be constantly changing, even right up to the last minute. For this reason, INTER-TAIN offers speaker-ready and graphic war rooms. These rooms are typically set up off line from the main event and sometimes happen simultaneously. We staff our rooms with show operators, artists and the most up-to-date equipment and software. This gives us the ability to assist many presenters at one time whether they need rehearsing, tweaking or creating new content for their speech on the fly.
